Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on GameTaria are digital goods (game keys, activation codes, or downloadable content) delivered electronically.
Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital code delivery, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered.
2. No Refunds After Delivery
Once a digital code has been:
- Displayed on-screen
- Sent by email
- Or otherwise made available to the customer
The order becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.
This policy applies regardless of:
- Whether the code has been redeemed
- Accidental purchases
- Compatibility issues (platform, region, system requirements)
- User error or misunderstanding of the product description
3. Exceptions — When a Refund or Replacement May Apply
We will provide a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:
- The digital code is invalid or non-functional at the time of first use
- The code has already been redeemed before delivery
- A technical error on our system prevented successful delivery
Proof Required:
To process such claims, customers must provide:
- Screenshot or video evidence from the platform (e.g., Steam, PlayStation, Xbox)
- Error messages clearly showing the issue
- The original order number
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Regional & Platform Restrictions
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- The correct platform (Steam, PSN, Xbox, etc.)
- The correct region compatibility
- Their account meets all requirements for activation
Refunds will not be issued for region-locked or platform-specific codes that are incompatible with the customer’s account.
5. Fraud Prevention & Abuse
To protect against fraud:
- Orders flagged by our payment processor or fraud detection systems may be delayed or canceled
- Refund requests suspected of abuse will be denied
- Accounts abusing refund claims may be permanently restricted
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks for successfully delivered digital goods may result in:
- Permanent account suspension
- Blacklisting from future purchases
- Submission of delivery and access logs to the payment processor
7. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order on GameTaria, the customer confirms that they:
- Understand the digital nature of the products
- Agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Acknowledge that refunds are limited as stated above
